Krintan was conceived in 2004 by disciples of Pt Joi Srivastava to pay tribute to the maestro and to carry on his legacy. It is a non-profit organisation based in New Delhi, India headed by Sharat Chandra Srivastava. The primary activity of this organisation is to produce and promote performance art rooted in or connected with meaningful music.
